Job Description: Laser Machine Operator (12 kW & Above)

Location: Bawal, Haryana

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience)

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Laser Machine Operator with hands-on experience operating 12 kW or higher fiber laser cutting machines. The candidate will be responsible for efficient machine operation, quality cutting, basic maintenance, and adherence to production and safety standards at our Bawal manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor fiber laser cutting machines (12 kW and above).

• Perform accurate cutting of MS, SS, and other metal sheets as per drawings.

• Set up jobs, load programs, and adjust machine parameters as required.

• Ensure cutting quality, dimensional accuracy, and minimal material wastage.

• Conduct basic machine checks, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting.

• Read and understand technical drawings and nesting layouts.

• Maintain production records and report machine issues promptly.

• Follow safety norms, SOPs, and housekeeping standards on the shop floor.

• Coordinate with production and quality teams to meet daily targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Mandatory: Minimum 4 -6 year's experience operating 12 kW or higher laser cutting machines.

• Experience with reputed laser brands (e.g., Trumpf, Bystronic, Amada, Bodor, HSG, etc.) preferred.

• Strong understanding of laser cutting parameters and materials.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Basic knowledge of machine maintenance and troubleshooting.

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or relevant trade preferred.

• Willingness to work in shifts if required.
