Job Summary

We are looking for an Electrical & Mechanical Maintenance Engineer with 2–3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining production machinery and equipment, troubleshooting electrical and mechanical faults, carrying out preventive maintenance, and minimising machine downtime to ensure smooth and efficient plant operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive and breakdown maintenance of production machinery and equipment.

• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve electrical and mechanical faults in machines.

• Maintain and repair electrical systems, motors, control panels, wiring, and related components.

• Inspect and maintain mechanical components, including bearings, belts, gears, pumps, and drive systems.

• Monitor machine performance and identify potential equipment failures to minimise downtime.

• Support installation, commissioning, servicing, and modification of machinery and equipment.

• Ensure proper maintenance of pneumatic and hydraulic systems, wherever applicable.

• Maintain maintenance records, breakdown reports, and preventive maintenance schedules.

• Coordinate with the production team to resolve machine-related issues and ensure uninterrupted operations.

• Follow workplace safety procedures and ensure compliance with electrical and mechanical maintenance standards.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance machine reliability and operational efficiency.

• It is a Full Time తయారీ job for candidates with 2 - 3 years of experience.
