Experience Range -

Minimum 3 Years required.

Qualification -

Diploma/B. Tech (Mechanical)

Salary

Kev Responsibilities -

Should have previous experience in Castings Machining (SG & CI).

Machining process development for CNC, VMC & HMC.

Knowledge of process planning, machining parameters, tooling & fixtures.

Should be able to read and interpret engineering drawings & GD&T.

Handle new product development, process trials & validation.

Identify and resolve machining issues, rejection & cycle time improvement.

Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, PFMEA & Control Plan.

Local candidates are preferred.

Required Skills -

Hands-on knowledge of CNC, VMC & HMC machines.

Knowledge of cutting tools, fixtures & process optimization.

Understanding of casting machining & inspection requirements.

Team Handling, Problem Solving & good communication skills

Good hands-on MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
