Job Title: Line Quality Inspector

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹26,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform First-Off, Middle (In-Process), and Last-Off Inspection on injection moulding production lines.

• Conduct regular Patrol Inspections to ensure product quality throughout production.

• Update and maintain Patrol Inspection Reports and quality records.

• Identify quality defects and coordinate with the production team for corrective actions.

• Verify product dimensions and appearance as per customer specifications and quality standards.

• Use measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Height Gauge, and Go/No-Go Gauges.

• Ensure compliance with quality procedures, work instructions, and safety standards.

Requirements:

• ITI / Diploma / Any Degree.

• 1–6 years of experience in Injection Moulding Quality.

• Knowledge of first-off, in-process, and final inspection.

• Basic understanding of engineering drawings and measuring instruments.

• Good documentation and communication skills.

• Engineering Manufacturing.

• Plastic Injection Moulding.

Knowledge of Quality Inspection Tools.
