We are looking for a Labour Supervisor to join our team at Sinnar, Nashik location. The role involves as mentioned below -

Key Responsibilities:

Manpower sourcing on daily basis as per company requirement
Visit plant at daily basis
Maintain records related to manpower, attendance, overtime etc.
Co-ordinate with Plant HR for daily operations
Ensure compliance with safety rules, company policies, and statutory norms
Ensure attendance, discipline, and productivity of the workforce
Controlling attrition, daily absentisam etc.

Qualification: Any Graduate

Experience: 0.6 months to 1 years in same role
