3D Printing & Process Optimization

• Operate and maintain DLP, LCD, and FDM 3D printers for R&D and testing.

• Optimize print parameters (exposure time, layer thickness, temperature, speed, etc.) for improved output.

• Validate material performance through print trials and mechanical testing.

Troubleshooting

• Diagnose and resolve print issues including adhesion failure, warping, under/over curing, layer shifting, clogging, and surface defects.

• Perform root-cause analysis for material- or process-related failures.

• Recommend corrective actions and implement process improvements.

Testing & Documentation

• Conduct tests such as viscosity, UV curing, and mechanical strength testing.

• Record results, maintain lab notebooks, and prepare technical reports.

• Support quality control checks for production batches.

Safety & Lab Compliance

• Handle chemicals safely and maintain proper storage and waste disposal procedures.

• Ensure compliance with laboratory safety standards and protocols.

• It is a Full Time తయారీ job for candidates with 0 - 6 months of experience.
