Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Production Merchandiser to support end-to-end production coordination. The role involves working closely with vendors, production teams, and internal departments to ensure timely execution of orders while maintaining quality and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and execution of production orders from sampling to final delivery

• Coordinate with vendors, factories, and internal teams for timely production updates

• Follow up on raw material sourcing, approvals, and availability

• Track order status and ensure adherence to production timelines

• Support in sample development, approvals, and corrections

• Maintain accurate documentation (POs, tech packs, approvals, reports)

• Monitor quality standards during production stages

• Coordinate with logistics/dispatch teams for timely delivery

• Prepare daily/weekly production and status reports

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (Textiles, Fashion, Merchandising, or related field preferred)

• 0–2 years of experience in production merchandising (freshers can apply)

• Basic knowledge of garment manufacturing processes

• Good coordination and follow-up skills

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines

Preferred Skills

• Experience in uniform/apparel manufacturing

• Familiarity with fabrics, trims, and sourcing processes

• Basic knowledge of Excel and reporting

• Good communication skills (English + Kannada preferred)
