Job Summary

We are looking for an ITI Executive to support day-to-day production, maintenance, machine operations, and shop-floor activities. The candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining equipment, following safety and quality standards, troubleshooting basic technical issues, and ensuring smooth plant operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate machines and equipment as per standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Carry out routine preventive and breakdown maintenance activities, as applicable.

• Identify and report machine abnormalities, faults, and safety hazards.

• Perform basic troubleshooting of electrical, mechanical, or technical issues based on trade specialization.

• Ensure proper use and handling of tools, equipment, and machinery.

• Follow production, quality, safety, and housekeeping standards.

• Maintain required records, checklists, and shift reports.

• Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and other departments for operational requirements.

• Follow 5S, PPE, and workplace safety practices.

• Support continuous improvement and productivity initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and plant procedures.

Eligibility / Qualification

• ITI qualification in relevant trade such as:

o Fitter

o Electrician

o Welder

o Turner

o Machinist

o Electronics Mechanic

o Instrument Mechanic

o Other relevant technical trades

• Experience: 0–3 years of relevant experience; fresher with good technical knowledge may also be considered.

• Basic knowledge of industrial tools, machines, and safety practices.

• Ability to work in shifts and in a manufacturing/plant environment.

Timings: 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM.

CTC up to: 12000.

• Basic technical and troubleshooting skills.

• Understanding of machines and industrial equipment.

• Ability to read basic technical drawings/manuals, where applicable.

• Teamwork and communication skills.

• Willingness to learn and work in a shop-floor environment.

Working Conditions

• Plant/shop-floor environment.

• Shift-based working may be required.

• Use of prescribed PPE is mandatory.

• Work may involve standing for extended periods and handling industrial equipment/tools

Experience Level: Fresher to 3 years.

• It is a Full Time తయారీ job for candidates with 0 - 6+ years Experience.
