Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Inventory Executive for our manufacturing unit located in Okhla Phase 2. The candidate should have experience in handling inventory operations in a manufacturing industry, including machine parts, nuts & bolts, raw materials, and vendor coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of inventory, stock movement, and material consumption.

• Handle inventory of machine parts, tools, nuts, bolts, and raw materials.

• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely availability of materials.

• Coordinate with vendors for purchasing and delivery of materials.

• Maintain inward and outward stock entries.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.

• Conduct physical stock verification and audits.

• Maintain proper documentation of GRN, invoices, and purchase records.

• Coordinate with production and store departments for smooth material flow.

• Ensure proper storage and labeling of materials.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of inventory management and store operations.

• Experience in manufacturing industry is mandatory.

• Knowledge of machine parts, hardware items, nuts & bolts, and raw materials.

• Strong vendor handling and coordination skills.

• Basic knowledge of Excel, inventory software, and ERP systems.

• Good communication and record-keeping skills.

Experience

• Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in Inventory/Store Management.

• Manufacturing industry experience preferred.

Qualification

• Graduate or Diploma holder preferred.

Working Details

• Location: Okhla Phase 2, New Delhi

• Working Days: Monday to Saturday

• Timing: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Preferred Candidate

• Candidate from manufacturing background will be preferred.

• Immediate joiners preferred.

• It is a Full Time తయారీ job for candidates with 3 - 4 years of experience.
