Injection Moulding Machine Operator

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate injection moulding machines safely and efficiently.

• Perform mould changes and production setup as per production requirements.

• Set and maintain machine parameters according to product specifications.

• Load raw materials and monitor the production process.

• Carry out machine setup, adjustments, and trial production.

• Inspect finished products for quality and identify defects.

• Maintain production targets while minimizing rejection and material wastage.

• Identify basic machine problems and report them to the supervisor or maintenance team.

• Maintain cleanliness of machines, moulds, and the work area.

• Follow company safety procedures and quality standards.
  
  Required Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of injection moulding machines and production processes.

  • Ability to perform quality checks and identify moulding defects.

  • Willingness to work in shifts.

  • Previous experience as an Injection Moulding Operator is preferred.

  • Freshers with relevant technical knowledge may also apply.

• It is a Full Time తయారీ job for candidates with 3 - 6 years of experience.
