Job వివరణ

We are looking for a Junior Export Executive to support our export operations and shipment execution activities. The candidate will be involved in coordinating export shipments and ensuring smooth movement of goods.

The role includes handling port visits, supervising container stuffing, and coordinating with CHA, freight forwarders, and transporters for timely dispatch. The candidate will also assist in basic export documentation such as invoice, packing list, shipping bill, and bill of lading.

The position requires strong coordination skills and the ability to follow up with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely shipment execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with CHA, transporters, and freight forwarders

Handle port visits and container stuffing activities

Ensure timely dispatch and shipment tracking

Assist in export documentation

Maintain coordination with internal teams
