1. Export Documentation
Preparation of pre-shipment and post-shipment documents, including:
Commercial Invoice
Packing List
Shipping Bill
Certificate of Origin
Bill of Lading / Airway Bill
LC Documents
Coordination with banks for document submission & negotiation.
Maintaining export records and compliance documents.
2. Shipment & Logistics Coordination
Coordination with CHA, freight forwarders, and shipping lines.
Tracking shipments and ensuring timely dispatch.
Negotiating freight rates when required.
Handling export incentives documentation (RoDTEP / RoSCTL).
3. Order Processing
Managing export orders from enquiry to shipment.
Coordination with suppliers for product sourcing and dispatch planning.
Ensuring timely delivery and accuracy of goods being exported.
4. Buyer Coordination
Handling communication with international clients/buyers.
Sharing shipping updates, documents, and dispatch details.
Addressing buyer queries professionally.
5. Compliance
Ensuring adherence to DGFT, Customs, and international trade regulations.
Maintaining accurate MIS related to shipments, documents, and orders.
Required Skills & Experience
1–5 years of experience in Merchant Export / Trading industry.
Strong knowledge of export documentation & international logistics.
Experience coordinating with CHA, shipping lines, and freight forwarders.
Good communication skills (written & verbal).
Knowledge of LC documentation will be an added advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email handling).
