Site Installation and Assembly - Carry out installation and assembly of company products at customer sites. Assemble products as per approved drawings, layouts, installation instructions, and supervisor guidance. Ensure all parts are fitted correctly, aligned properly, tightened safely, and installed neatly.

Dismantling, Shifting, and Reinstallation: Dismantle racks, shelves, fixtures, and storage systems carefully without damaging materials. Support shifting, relocation, modification, and reinstallation work. Identify reusable, damaged, missing, or replacement parts and report to supervisor.

Site Material Checking and Reconciliation: Verify materials received at site against invoice / delivery challan / packing list. Check quantity, item description, size, model, color, and accessories before and after installation.

Maintain reconciliation of installed, balance, short-supplied, excess, damaged, and returnable materials. Report shortages, damage, mismatch, or extra requirements.

Ensure customer acknowledgement for installed and handed-over materials. Ensure safe customer usage and avoid unsafe practices.

Understanding of Products and Assembly Instructions: Understand product types and assembly methods. Read and follow basic drawings, layouts, site plans, and assembly instructions.

Customer Site Coordination: Interact professionally with customers and site stakeholders. Coordinate site readiness (floor condition, space, obstructions, civil completion, access). Inform office/project coordinator about delays, changes, requirements, or constraints.

Tools and Equipment Handling: Use and maintain installation tool kits. Take responsibility for company-issued tools.

Site Documentation: Prepare/support material receipt confirmation, installation checklist, Installation Completion Certificate, shortage/damage report, customer handover form, service report, before/after photos, and excess material return details. Submit documents, signatures, and photos on time.

Customer Handover: Explain installed products to customer. Confirm installation as per invoice/bill of supply/layout/order. Leave site clean and safe.
