We are looking for a Fitter to join our team . The role involves operating machinery, assembling products and maintaining quality standards on the production floor. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15000 - ₹18000 and an opportunity to be part of a growing and essential industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret engineering drawings, layout plans, and technical diagrams.

  • Assemble, install, and fit machinery parts, structures, and mechanical components.

  • Perform maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of machines and equipment.

  • Carry out alignment, leveling, and fitting of shafts, bearings, gears, pumps, and motors.

  • Use hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments (vernier, micrometer, dial gauge, etc.).

  • Assist in fabrication work, cutting, drilling, and fitting during production projects.

  • Conduct routine inspections of machinery and report defects or abnormal conditions.

  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, PPE usage, and workplace protocols.

  • Maintain documentation of repairs, maintenance activities, and daily work logs.

  • Collaborate with supervisors, welders, fabricators, and maintenance teams to ensure timely completion of tasks

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is ITI Fitter/ Diploma in Mechanical and 4 - 6+ years of experience in manufacturing or a related field. Attention to detail, physical stamina and ability to follow instructions are very important for this role.
