Fitter

We are looking for a Fitter to join our team at Tex-fab Industries Private Limited. The role involves operating machinery, assembling products and maintaining quality standards on the production floor. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 and an opportunity to be part of a growing and essential industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fabrication work as per the given drawing.

• Reading Drawings: Interpreting engineering blueprints to understand the dimensions and specifications of the final product.

• Cutting & Shaping: Operating power tools to saw, grind, drill, and shape metals like steel and aluminum.

• Fitting & Assembly: Aligning and clamping metal parts together, followed by tack welding or mechanical fastening.

• Inspection: Using measuring tools like vernier calipers and micrometers to verify the completed piece meets strict tolerances. [1, 2, 3, 4]

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 10th Pass and 1 - 4 years of experience in manufacturing or a related field. Attention to detail, physical stamina and ability to follow instructions are very important for this role.
