We are hiring for "Fitter" !!!

Location : Ghansoli

Qualification Required : ITI - Fitter

Experience Required : 2-4 years into electric motor fitting

Role & Responsibilities :

• Assemble electric motors, including stator, rotor, shaft, bearings, and housing components.

• Perform mechanical fitting, alignment, and balancing of motor parts.

• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and assembly instructions.

• Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments (vernier caliper, micrometer, dial gauge).

• Conduct trial runs and assist in testing of motors.

• Identify and rectify assembly defects or mismatches.

Key Skills Required :

• Good knowledge of mechanical fitting and assembly techniques.

• Basic understanding of electric motor components and working.

• Ability to read technical drawings.
