Fitter

We are looking for a skilled Fitterman to join our team at Playwell Printers. The role involves operating and maintaining Heidelberg 2 Colour SORMZ offset printing machines, ensuring smooth production and maintaining high print quality standards on the production floor.

This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹17500/- per month and an opportunity to be part of a growing and essential printing industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor Heidelberg 2 Colour SORMZ offset printing machine

• Perform machine setup, plate mounting, ink setting and registration adjustment

• Ensure consistent print quality and color accuracy

• Carry out basic mechanical adjustments and troubleshooting

• Maintain production records and machine logs

• Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime

• Maintain cleanliness of machine and work area

• Follow safety and quality standards during production

• Coordinate with the printing, pre-press and finishing teams

Job Requirements

• Experience operating Heidelberg offset printing machines

• Knowledge of machine maintenance, ink balance and print registration

• Ability to identify mechanical issues and perform minor repairs

• Strong attention to detail and quality control

• Physical stamina and ability to work in a production environment

• Ability to follow instructions and work with a team

Preferred Skills

• Experience with offset printing operations

• Knowledge of machine lubrication and preventive maintenance

• Basic understanding of printing materials, inks and paper types

• It is a Full Time తయారీ job for candidates with 1 - 6+ years Experience.
