Fitter

We are looking for a Fitter to join our team at Parasrampuria Engineers Private Limited. The role involves operating machinery, assembling products and maintaining quality standards on the production floor. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹17,000 - ₹22,000 and an opportunity to be part of a growing and essential industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform installation, assembly, and alignment of mechanical machines and equipment.

• Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.

• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and ensure quick restoration of machines.

• Maintain pumps, compressors, conveyors, gearboxes, and other industrial equipment.

• Perform shaft alignment, bearing replacement, and machine adjustments.

• Work on hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

• Read and interpret mechanical drawings and blueprints.

• Use measuring instruments for precision fitting work.

• Support machine commissioning and installation projects.

• Ensure proper lubrication and machine upkeep.

• Maintain tools, equipment, and spare parts inventory.

• Follow safety procedures and ensure safe working practices.

• Participate in TPM, 5S, and Kaizen activities for continuous improvement.

• Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to minimize downtime.

Job Requirements:

• ITI Fitter certification (mandatory).

• 0–4 years of experience in manufacturing/industrial maintenance.

• Good knowledge of mechanical systems and industrial machinery.

• Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring instruments.

• It is a Full Time తయారీ job for candidates with 0 - 4 years of experience.
