Job Summary:

The OE Rotor Spinning Fitter is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of mechanical parts in the Open-End (OE) rotor spinning machines. The role ensures smooth machine operation and production continuity with minimal downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and align OE rotor spinning machines and components.

• Perform routine mechanical maintenance on spinning machines.

• Attend to mechanical breakdowns and take corrective action immediately.

• Inspect and replace worn-out machine parts such as rotor, opening rollers, and gears.

• Maintain machine settings as per production and quality standards.

• Lubricate machine parts regularly as per maintenance schedule.

• Support production teams to ensure machines run smoothly with minimal stoppage.

• Maintain daily maintenance logbooks and records.

• Assist in machine audits and improvement activities.

• Follow all safety and compliance guidelines during machine handling.

Required Skills:

• Sound knowledge of OE rotor spinning machine operations (e.g., Schlafhorst, Rieter, Savio).

• Mechanical problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

• Understanding of textile spinning process and machinery alignment.

• Ability to work in rotating shifts.

• Team player with good communication and coordination skills.

Maintenance Supervisor / Maintenance Manager

• It is a Full Time తయారీ job for candidates with 1 - 4 years of experience.
