Fitter

We are looking for a Fitter to join our team at Kshivo Industries. The role involves operating machinery, assembling products and maintaining quality standards on the production floor. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹10,000 - ₹15,000 and an opportunity to be part of a growing and essential industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Education: any ITI pass hona jaruri hai

• Drawing Knowledge: Mechanical aur Engineering drawings (Blueprints) ko achhe se samajhna aana chahiye.

• Tools Handling: Hand tools aur measuring instruments (Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Gauges) ka sahi upyog karna aata ho.

• Technical Work: Marking, Filing, Drilling, Threading aur Grinding ka kaam perfect hona chahiye.

• Assembly & Maintenance: Machinery parts ko properly assemble karna ya fir machines ki repair aur troubleshooting (maintenance) ka experience ho.

• Safety: Industrial safety norms aur PPE kit ke rules ko follow karne ki aadat honi chahiye.

• Nature: Punctual (samay ka paband), hardworking aur team ke sath kaam karne wala hona chahiye

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 10th Pass and 0 - 3 years of experience in manufacturing or a related field. Attention to detail, physical stamina and ability to follow instructions are very important for this role.

• It is a Full Time తయారీ job for candidates with 0 - 3 years of experience.
