Assemble packaging machines and mechanical components as per engineering drawings.
Perform fitting, drilling, tapping, grinding, cutting, and alignment of machine parts.
Install pneumatic components, bearings, shafts, couplings, and mechanical assemblies.
Read and interpret fabrication and assembly drawings.
Ensure proper alignment and smooth functioning of machine assemblies.
Conduct trial assembly and rectify fitting issues before machine dispatch.
Inspect finished assemblies to ensure quality standards are maintained.
Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments safely and efficiently.
Coordinate with Design, Production, Fabrication, and Quality departments for smooth execution of work.
Maintain cleanliness and safety at the work area.
Report material shortages, defects, or technical issues to the Production Supervisor.
Follow company safety procedures and standard operating practices.
ITI – Fitter (Mandatory)
Additional technical certifications will be an added advantage.
Freshers with ITI may apply.
1–5 years of experience in machine assembly or industrial equipment manufacturing will be preferred.
Experience in packaging or pharmaceutical machinery manufacturing is an added advantage.
