Fitter

We are looking for a Fitter to join our team at Fathima Electricals. The role involves operating machinery, assembling products and maintaining quality standards on the production floor. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹5000 - ₹8000 and an opportunity to be part of a growing and essential industry.

A motor winder is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and replacement of electric motor and generator components. Key responsibilities include:

• Winding coils of wire around motor components to ensure optimal electromagnetic performance.

• Inspecting and repairing damaged windings, maintaining winding machinery, and adhering to safety standards.

• Disassembling, cleaning, and testing motors to identify issues and ensure proper functioning.

• Using precision tools and machinery to handle delicate tasks and ensure uniform winding.

• Interpreting technical blueprints and using winding machines to create precise winding patterns.
  This role requires strong mechanical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and expert knowledge of electromagnetism principles.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 1 - 4 years of experience in manufacturing or a related field. Attention to detail, physical stamina and ability to follow instructions are very important for this role.
