Min. Qualification: ITI Fitter

Experience: Fresher to 2 years

Salary Budget: 15,000/- per month to 21,000/- per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Junior Technician to support drilling, cutting, and tapping operations in our fabrication workshop or project sites. Freshers with basic technical knowledge and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in drilling, cutting, and tapping operations under supervision

• Operate bench drilling machines and hand tools safely

• Support material marking, clamping, and basic setup activities

• Follow job instructions and engineering drawings provided by supervisors

• Check basic dimensions using measuring tools

• Maintain cleanliness of machines and work area

• Follow safety rules and use PPE at all times

• Report machine issues, tool damage, or defects to supervisor

Skills & Requirements

• Basic knowledge of drilling, cutting, and tapping processes

• Familiarity with hand tools and workshop practices

• Willingness to learn machine operations and fabrication skills

• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

• Basic understanding of safety practices

Qualifications

• ITI / Diploma in Fitter, Machinist, or related trade (preferred)

• Freshers with workshop exposure during training can apply

Work Environment

• Workshop / fabrication shop / site-based
