Job Summary:

We are seeking a responsible and proactive HR Safety Executive to ensure workplace health and safety compliance. The candidate will be responsible for implementing safety policies, conducting training, and ensuring adherence to statutory safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement workplace health & safety policies and procedures

• Ensure compliance with safety laws, labour regulations, and company standards

• Conduct safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments

• Identify hazards and recommend corrective/preventive measures

• Organize safety training sessions, drills, and awareness programs

• Maintain records of safety incidents, accidents, and reports

• Investigate workplace accidents and prepare reports with root cause analysis

• Coordinate with HR and management to enforce safety culture

• Ensure proper usage of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)

• Monitor employee health and safety standards across departments

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of workplace safety standards and regulations

• Familiarity with OSHA guidelines / Industrial safety norms

Strong knowledge of EHS & EMS.

• Good observation and risk assessment skills

• Excellent communication and training ability

• Problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Attention to detail and compliance mindset

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field

• Diploma/Degree in Industrial Safety, Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), or related field

• Certification in Safety Management (preferred)

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in manufacturing, construction, or industrial setup

• Knowledge of safety audits, compliance, and incident management

• Familiarity with ISO standards (e.g., ISO 45001)
