Field Service engineer

We are looking for a Field Service engineer to join our team at Md Global Hr Private Limited. The role involves operating machinery, assembling products and maintaining quality standards on the production floor. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹25,000 - ₹45,000 and an opportunity to be part of a growing and essential industry.

Key Responsibilities:

●  Commission automation-based machines across India/exports

●  Monitors PLC Programming and Service team to adhere to the commitment

●  Emailing Customer, customer coordination, and interdepartmental coordination

●  Prepare CAPA and FMEA from the sites

●  Handle complaints & post-installation support

●  Maintain field records, logs & service reports

●  PLC Programming and HMI Design plus Troubleshooting

●  Working with Industry 4.0, IO Links, Sensors

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Post Graduate (Btech-Electrical Engineer) and 2 - 5 years of experience in manufacturing or a related field. Attention to detail, physical stamina and ability to follow instructions are very important for this role.
