Key Responsibilities

• Handle operations across multiple sites efficiently

• Manage and supervise manpower deployment at different locations

• Coordinate with clients and resolve operational issues promptly

• Ensure proper attendance, grooming, and discipline of staff

• Conduct regular site visits and maintain service quality standards

• Prepare daily and weekly operational reports

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth workflow and staffing requirements

• Ensure safety procedures and company policies are followed at all sites

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Graduation in any relevant field

• 2–3 years of experience in facility management, operations, or manpower handling

• Good communication and client-handling skills

• Ability to manage multiple sites and teams simultaneously

• Leadership skills with a problem-solving attitude

• Basic knowledge of reporting and operations management

• Willingness to travel locally for site visits
