We are looking for a Factory Supervisor to join our team at Shakti Global. The role involves operating maintaining quality standards on the production floor. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15,000 - ₹50,000 and an opportunity to be part of a growing and essential industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise factory workers.

• Handle daily production activities.

• Ensure production targets are completed on time.

• Check the quality of gym wear products.

• Manage cutting, stitching, finishing, and packing work.

• Maintain production records and daily reports.

• Coordinate with workers and management.

• Ensure proper discipline and safety in the factory.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 1 - 3 years of experience in manufacturing or a related field.
Required Skills:
Experience in garment/apparel manufacturing.

• Good knowledge of production and workers handling.

• Good communication and team-management skills.

• Ability to manage production targets.

• It is a Full Time తయారీ job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
