Factory Supervisor

. Key Responsibilities

A. Production Management

• Execute weekly production plan as provided by the office

• Ensure daily production targets are achieved

• Maintain smooth workflow across machines and labor

• Monitor quality and reduce rejection

B. Material Management

• Coordinate with office for approved vendors and material orders

• Ensure no material is ordered without office approval

• Verify all incoming materials physically

• Sign material receipt before 1:00 PM after verification

C. Payment Compliance (Materials)

• Ensure only verified materials are approved

• Coordinate with accounts for payment processing after 5:00 PM

• Maintain proper documentation for all material receipts

D. Dispatch Management (Critical Responsibility)

• Ensure timely dispatch of all orders as per weekly plan

• Plan loading, labor, and transport in advance

• Avoid delays; any delay must be: o Reported immediately o Properly documented with reasons

• Share daily dispatch status with the office

E. Labor Management

• Manage daily workforce allocation

• Ensure discipline, attendance, and productivity

• Maintain accurate attendance records

F. Labor Payment Process

• Ensure all records are updated before payment

• Support weekly labor payment (Saturday)

• Track base wages, incentives, and bonuses G. Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain daily records of: o Production o Material consumption o Dispatch

• Submit weekly performance reports

• Ensure all logs are properly maintained and signed

4. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Production target achievement (%)

• Material utilization efficiency

• Rejection rate (%)

• On-time dispatch rate (%)

• Labor productivity

• SOP compliance

5. Skills & Requirements

• Experience in manufacturing / construction industry

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Basic knowledge of Excel and reporting

• Problem-solving and decision-making ability

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

6. Accountability

• Responsible for: o Production delays o Material mismanagement o Dispatch delays • Must ensure strict adherence to SOP and timelines

7. Working Conditions

• Factory-based role

• Requires daily on-ground supervision

• May require extended hours during peak production
