Job Title: Factory Manager (3–4 Years Experience)

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Factory Manager with 3–4 years of experience to oversee daily manufacturing operations and ensure smooth functioning of the factory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing production processes, supervising workers, and maintaining efficiency, quality, and safety standards across the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day factory operations to ensure production targets are met.

• Manage raw material procurement, storage, and utilization effectively.

• Handle workers, assign duties, monitor performance, and maintain discipline on the shop floor.

• Conduct regular stock checking and maintain accurate inventory records.

• Ensure availability and proper maintenance of required equipment and machinery.

• Coordinate with different departments to streamline workflow and reduce downtime.

• Implement safety guidelines and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

• Identify process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
