Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet output, quality, and efficiency goals
Maintain production records, reports, and shift logs
Coordinate with maintenance, quality control, and warehouse teams
Ensure punctuality, and discipline of floor employees
Coordinate with management and other departments for smooth operations
Floor on 5's maintain
Maintain casual man power department wise

duty Hrs :- 12 hours

w/off - sunday

duty rotation :- weekly wise shift change
