Factory Supervisor

1. Production Management

• Plan, organize, and control production schedules

• Ensure daily/weekly/monthly production targets are achieved

• Optimize manpower and machine utilization

2. Quality Control

• Ensure products meet defined quality standards

• Implement QA/QC processes and reduce defects/rejections

• Coordinate with quality teams for audits and compliance

3. Operations & Process Improvement

• Improve productivity through lean manufacturing practices

• Monitor KPIs like efficiency, wastage, downtime

• Implement continuous improvement initiatives

4. Team Management

• Lead and supervise production staff and supervisors

• Handle recruitment, training, and performance evaluation

• Maintain discipline and a positive work environment

5. Cost Control

• Control production costs and reduce wastage

• Monitor raw material consumption and inventory

• Ensure optimal resource utilization

6. Maintenance & Safety

• Ensure preventive maintenance of machinery

• Maintain safety standards and compliance with regulations

• Coordinate with EHS teams for audits and improvements

7. Compliance & Documentation

• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (Factory Act, Pollution norms, etc.)

• Maintain production records, reports, and documentation

• Liaise with government authorities if required

🧠 Required Skills

• Strong leadership and decision-making ability

• Knowledge of bag manufacturing (woven/non-woven, paper, or leather)

• Understanding of production planning and inventory control

• Familiarity with safety and compliance standards

• Problem-solving and analytical skills

• It is a Full Time తయారీ job for candidates with 3 - 6+ years Experience.
