Factory Supervisor

General Control Solutions is seeking a dedicated and technically sound Work Supervisor to oversee our manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and a deep understanding of production processes for AHU (Air Handling Units) and Central AC systems.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Education: Diploma or B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.

Technical Skills: Ability to read and interpret complex Mechanical Drawings and technical blueprints accurately.

Experience: Previous experience in HVAC, AHU manufacturing, or related mechanical production environments is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Production Oversight: Ensure timely production of AHUs and Central AC units by strictly following engineering drawings and quality standards.

Team Leadership: Manage and supervise the floor workers, delegating tasks effectively and ensuring a disciplined work environment.

Work Scheduling: Create and maintain daily work schedules to meet delivery deadlines without compromising quality.

Stock Maintenance: Monitor raw materials and component inventory to ensure zero downtime in the production line.

Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of products during and after assembly to ensure they meet the company’s specifications.

Other Essential Skills:

Strong leadership and people management skills.

Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle pressure on the shop floor.

Basic computer proficiency (Excel/Reporting) for tracking production and stock data.

Salary: 16,000-20,000 R.S .
