We are looking for a Factory Supervisor to join our team at Crystal Art. The role This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15,000 - ₹30,000 and an opportunity to be part of a growing and essential industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Get the order Pack and dispatch orders while keeping stock records up-to-date.
Store goods properly in the warehouse and ensure all items are labeled correctly.
Check the quality of goods before dispatch.
Train workers to handle materials safely, including hazardous items.
Monitor and update inventory regularly.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 2 - 5 years of experience in manufacturing or a related field. Attention to detail, physical stamina and ability to follow instructions are very important for this role.
