Plan, organize, and manage factory operations to meet production deadlines
Improve production workflows, reduce downtime, and maintain productivity standards
Monitor machine performance and ensure timely maintenance and repairs
Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and regulatory compliance
Coordinate with purchase, quality, and logistics departments
Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
Maintain accurate production records, material consumption, and reporting
Implement cost-saving initiatives and optimize resource utilization
Monitor inventory control and stock management
Maintain discipline and a positive working environment on the shop floor
B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (or related technical field preferred)
5–10 years of factory operations or production management experience
Strong knowledge of manufacturing machinery, tools, and maintenance planning
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to handle high-pressure, fast-paced work environments
Knowledge of ISO standards, quality controls & safety norms
