We are looking for a Factory Manager to join our team at Padmavati Tapes India. The role involves operating machinery, assembling products and maintaining quality standards on the production floor. Job Summary:

The Factory Manager oversees daily manufacturing operations to ensure production targets, quality standards, safety requirements, and operational efficiency are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily production activities.

Supervise and lead factory staff.

Ensure product quality and timely production.

Monitor equipment maintenance and minimize downtime.

Maintain workplace safety and regulatory compliance.

Control production costs and reduce waste.

Prepare production and performance reports.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field.

5+ years of factory or production management experience.

Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
