About the Company

Its a manufacturing company established in 1985, supplying automotive accessories such as car seat covers, car covers, floor mats and other products to leading brands like Tata Motors, JLR and Mahindra. The company also manufactures uniforms, apparel and merchandise.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day factory operations and ensure production targets are achieved.

• Supervise production teams, workers and supervisors.

• Plan production schedules, manpower allocation and shift management.

• Monitor production processes and resolve operational issues.

• Maintain product quality and ensure compliance with safety standards.

• Control production costs, reduce material wastage and improve efficiency.

• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely raw material availability.

• Oversee machinery maintenance and minimize production downtime.

• Manage inventory, quality control and production reporting.

• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity.

• Knowledge of production processes, quality standards and factory operations.
