Factory Manager

Description – Factory Manager

Oversee complete plant operations and production of adhesive products in line with quality, safety, and efficiency standards.

Plan and monitor daily production schedules to meet targets and optimize resource utilization.

Ensure strict compliance with factory laws, labour regulations, statutory requirements, and safety norms.

Manage plant manpower, including workforce planning, discipline, performance monitoring, and training.

Supervise plant machinery, preventive maintenance, and coordination with maintenance teams to minimize breakdowns.

Maintain product quality standards and coordinate with the quality control team for inspections and audits.

Monitor inventory of raw materials, packing materials, and finished goods to ensure uninterrupted production.

Coordinate with internal departments such as HR, Accounts, Purchase, Stores, and Dispatch for smooth operations.

Implement cost-control measures and improve productivity and operational efficiency.

Handle statutory inspections, audits, and ensure timely documentation and reporting.

Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and safety practices across the plant.

Prepare and submit regular reports on production, manpower, safety, compliance, and overall plant performance to the Management.
