Factory Helper (Male)

1. Production Support

• Assist master, karigars in daily tasks

• Carry fabric, garments, and materials between departments

• Help in cutting, stitching, finishing, and ironing processes

2. Material Handling

• Load and unload fabric rolls and finished garments

• Arrange raw materials and accessories properly

• Ensure required materials are available at workstations

3. Packing & Dispatch Assistance

• Help in folding, tagging, and packing garments

• Assist in carton packing and labeling

• Support dispatch team in loading goods

4. Housekeeping & Maintenance

• Maintain cleanliness of the work area and machines

• Dispose of waste fabric and threads properly

• Follow hygiene standards in the unit

5. Quality Support

• Help in basic checking of garments (threads, stains, damages)

• Report defects or issues to supervisors

Skills & Requirements:

• Basic understanding of garment factory work (preferred but not mandatory)

• Physically fit and able to handle manual work

• Punctual

• Ability to follow instructions

• Team player

• It is a Full Time తయారీ job for candidates with 1 - 6+ years Experience.
