Factory Helper (Male)

Job Title: Factory Helper Male

Location: Attibele, Bangalore

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹17,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Factory Helper to support daily manufacturing operations. The candidate will assist in production activities, material handling, and maintaining cleanliness in the factory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist machine operators and supervisors in daily production work

• Load and unload raw materials and finished goods

• Support assembly, packing, and labelling of products

• Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the work area

• Move materials within the factory using basic tools or equipment

• Perform basic quality checks and report defects

• Follow all safety guidelines and company policies

• Carry out any other tasks assigned by the supervisor

(Factory helpers typically support production, handle materials, and maintain cleanliness on the shop floor )

Requirements:

• Minimum education: 10th / 12th pass

• Freshers or experienced candidates can apply

• Physically fit and able to handle manual work

• Willing to work in shifts if required

• Basic understanding of safety practices

• Ability to work in a team

Preferred:

• Experience in manufacturing/prefab / UPVC industry

• Candidates residing near Attibele (within 10–15 km)
