Factory Helper (Male)

We are looking for a Helper to join our Cable Manufacturing team at Company Name. The role involves assisting in production activities, handling materials, and supporting machine operators in the cable manufacturing process. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist machine operators in cable manufacturing and production activities

• Load, unload, and move raw materials and finished goods within the production area

• Support cable winding, packing, labeling, and dispatch activities

• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping on the shop floor

• Help inspect products and report any defects to supervisors

• Follow safety guidelines and company procedures at all times

• Assist in routine maintenance and other production-related tasks as assigned

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is ITI or 12th Pass. Prior experience in manufacturing, production, or factory operations will be an advantage; however, freshers are also welcome to apply. Candidates should be physically fit, hardworking, disciplined, and capable of working in a team environment while following instructions and safety standards.
