Job Summary

We are looking for a hardworking and responsible Factory Helper to support the production and fabrication team in day-to-day factory operations. The candidate will assist skilled workers, maintain workplace cleanliness, handle materials, and support various manufacturing activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist welders, fabricators, technicians, and other factory staff in daily work.

• Load, unload, move, and arrange materials, tools, and equipment.

• Assist in cutting, grinding, drilling, welding, and fabrication activities under supervision.

• Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the factory/work area.

• Support material handling and shifting of elevator components and fabrication materials.

• Follow instructions given by supervisors and production staff.

• Follow all safety rules and use required safety equipment.

• Help maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.

• Assist with packing, stacking, and dispatching finished materials.

• Report any unsafe conditions, damaged materials, or equipment issues to the supervisor.

• Perform other factory-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Eligibility

• Qualification: 8th / 10th pass or equivalent.

• Experience: Fresher or 1–2 years of factory/manufacturing experience.

• Experience in fabrication, welding, engineering, or elevator manufacturing will be an advantage.

• Physically fit and comfortable working in a factory environment.

• Should be hardworking, punctual, disciplined, and willing to learn.

Skills Required

• Basic understanding of factory work and safety.

• Ability to follow instructions.

• Good teamwork and coordination.

• Ability to handle materials and tools safely.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Working Hours

9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

• It is a Full Time తయారీ job for candidates with 0 - 6+ years Experience.
