Export Sales Manager – Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute international sales strategies to expand the company’s export business and achieve sales targets.

  • Identify new overseas markets, distributors, dealers, and business opportunities for company products.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, distributors, and channel partners.

  • Generate export sales leads through market research, networking, trade fairs, and digital platforms.

  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, payment terms, and commercial agreements with foreign customers.

  • Handle end-to-end export sales cycle from inquiry generation to order closure and payment realization.

  • Coordinate with production, planning, quality, and logistics teams to ensure timely execution of export orders.

  • Monitor customer requirements and ensure product specifications meet international standards and expectations.

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, customer demand, and pricing strategies in global markets.

  • Prepare sales forecasts, export budgets, and periodic MIS reports for management review.

  • Ensure compliance with export regulations, international trade laws, and documentation requirements.

  • Support participation in international exhibitions, trade shows, and business meetings to promote products.

  • Resolve customer complaints, shipment issues, and service-related concerns promptly.

  • Track receivables and coordinate with finance for payment follow-ups and credit control.

  • Drive customer retention and repeat business through excellent service and relationship management.
