Executive/Assistant Manager – Maintenance

Job Overview
Appletree Building Maintenance Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and technically skilled Maintenance Executive / Assistant Manager – Maintenance to manage preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance activities across multiple sites and projects.
The ideal candidate should have experience in maintenance operations, MEP systems, façade access systems, or related engineering services, along with strong coordination and troubleshooting abilities.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance activities.
Supervise maintenance of façade access systems including BMUs, monorails, gantries, cradle systems, and related equipment.
Coordinate with engineers, technicians, operators, and vendors for smooth maintenance operations.
Ensure timely response and rectification of electrical and mechanical faults.
Prepare maintenance proposals, service reports, inspection checklists, shutdown reports, and documentation.
Monitor equipment servicing, lubrication, calibration, and operational efficiency.
Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate procurement requirements.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures, SOPs, and statutory regulations.
Support operations teams in resolving technical and maintenance-related issues.
Coordinate with clients and internal teams regarding maintenance schedules and observations.


Required Skills
Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance practices
Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical systems
Experience in maintenance reporting and documentation
Strong coordination and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Email)
Troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
Understanding of work-at-height safety practices is preferred

Educational Qualification
Diploma / BTech / BE in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field

Industrial Maintenance Operations
