📢 Hiring: Personal Assistant to Director

Experience : 2–5 Years

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Weekly Off: Sunday

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Manage the Director’s daily schedule, meetings, and appointments.

• Coordinate with various departments and ensure timely task follow-ups.

• Prepare and maintain MIS reports, presentations, and Minutes of Meeting (MOMs).

• Track important tasks, deadlines, and action points.

• Handle confidential correspondence and sensitive information professionally.

• Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events for the Director.

• Provide administrative and management support to ensure smooth execution of activities.

🔹 Required Skills

• Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills

• Excellent time management and organizational abilities

• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and report preparation

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

• Professional approach with discretion in handling confidential information
