Role Summary
We are looking for a disciplined, trustworthy, and highly organized Executive Assistant (EA) to work directly with the owner. The EA will support all key areas of the owner’s life and work, including:
• Mushroom business operations & administration
• Political work & public engagements
• Personal scheduling and life coordination
Core outcome / Execution + Follow-up:
EA is responsible for capturing tasks, assigning owners, chasing closures, and reporting status daily.
The EA must understand the owner’s working style and environment so that work moves smoothly without repeated instructions.

Key Responsibilities
A) Daily Planning & Owner Support
• Maintain daily schedule, appointments, meetings, reminders, and priorities
• Prepare daily plan in the morning; end-of-day status summary
• Organize travel/visit schedules (local and outstation if required)
• Meeting coordination and MoM (Minutes of Meeting)
B) Task Tracking, Follow-up, and Closure (Core)
• Capture tasks from calls/meetings/WhatsApp and create action points
• Assign owners and deadlines; follow up for closure
• Escalate delays and bottlenecks to the owner with options
• Maintain a clean pipeline of “Open / In-progress / Closed” tasks
C) Trackers + Reporting (Spreadsheets / MIS)
• Maintain daily trackers (tasks, follow-ups, vendor payments follow-up list, dispatch/packing summaries, etc.)
• Prepare daily/weekly MIS from Excel/Google Sheets and share to the owner in a fixed format (time-bound reporting)
• Maintain data discipline: accuracy, file naming, version control, backups
D) Mushroom Business Coordination (Owner Support Layer)
• Coordinate with internal team for operations updates and pending approvals
• Coordinate with vendors, transporters, suppliers, service technicians
• Document collection: bills, proofs, photos, work completion confirmations
• Support basic office admin: records, filing, documentation
E) Political & Public Work Coordination (Owner Support Layer)
• Manage schedule for meetings, ward/people interactions, events, visits
• Coordinate calls, follow-ups, and communications with key contacts
• Maintain a structured list of political tasks/commitments and status
• Assist with organizing outreach plans (basic coordination and tracking)
F) Communications & Documentation
• Handle WhatsApp Business, email, calls as per owner’s instructions
• Draft basic professional messages, follow-up templates, and summaries
• Maintain documentation for meetings, commitments, and evidence/proofs
G) Social Media (Coordination only, not ownership)
• Coordinate content posting with the assigned person/agency
• Maintain posting calendar; compile photo/video proofs
• Share posting status summary to the owner

Skills & Competencies (Must-Have)
• Strong communication (Hindi; basic English preferred)
• High trustworthiness, confidentiality, and maturity
• Strong follow-up discipline, persistence, and ownership mindset
• Spreadsheet capability (must): Excel/Google Sheets (trackers + MIS, accurate entry, basic formulas; pivots preferred)
• Comfortable with WhatsApp, email, phone calling, and documentation
• Ability to work in a fast-changing environment and manage multiple priorities

Graduate / Post Graduate (any discipline). Strong performers considered regardless of background.

Experience
Experience is preferred but not mandatory. Freshers with strong execution discipline and spreadsheet skills can be selected.
Preferred Candidate
Local candidates from Dholpur or nearby areas preferred. Immediate joiners will be given preference.
