Schedule and supervise daily manufacturing activities to ensure multi-head machines are operating at maximum capacity.
They train workers, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure production deadlines and cost targets are met efficiently across multi-head embroidery machines.
Inspect finished goods for embroidery defects, color accuracy, and proper thread tension to meet company standards.
Train, manage, and schedule production staff, ensuring strict adherence to safety procedures.
Manage department materials (threads, bobbins, backings) and track production costs.
