Job Title: Dispatch Executive

Responsibilities:

• Prepare invoices, e-way bills, delivery challans, and dispatch documents.

• Coordinate with stores, production, and logistics for timely dispatch.

• Verify purchase orders and ensure accurate documentation.

• Maintain dispatch records and update ERP/Excel.

• Coordinate with transporters and track shipments.

• Ensure compliance with GST and company documentation procedures.

Qualification:

• Graduate in any discipline.

• 2–5 years of experience in dispatch, invoicing, or logistics documentation.

• Knowledge of GST, e-way bills, MS Excel, and ERP/Tally/SAP.
