We are looking for a Dispatch Executive to join our team at River Engineering Private Limited. The role involves operating machinery, assembling products and maintaining quality standards on the production floor. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹18,000 - ₹24,000 and an opportunity to be part of a growing and essential industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare sales invoices, delivery challans, and dispatch documents.

• Generate and manage E-Way Bills and ensure timely compliance.

• Coordinate with sales, accounts, warehouse, and transporters for dispatch.

• Verify invoice, quantity, GST, vehicle, and customer details.

• Maintain dispatch records and update ERP/system entries.

• Coordinate with transporters for vehicle placement and delivery.

• Ensure accurate and timely dispatch documentation.

Skills Required:

• Knowledge of GST, invoicing, and E-Way Bill process.

• Basic computer and MS Excel skills.

• Good coordination and communication skills.

• Attention to detail and accuracy.

• Experience with ERP/Tally will be an advantage.

Qualification: Graduate, preferably in Commerce/Business Administration.

Experience: 1–3 years in dispatch, billing, logistics, or documentation.

• It is a Full Time తయారీ job for candidates with 2 - 6 years of experience.
