Dispatch Executive

We are looking for a Dispatch Executive to join our team at Parasrampuria Engineers Private Limited. The role involves operating machinery, assembling products and maintaining quality standards on the production floor. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹17,000 - ₹22,000 and an opportunity to be part of a growing and essential industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute daily dispatch of goods

• Prepare invoices, challans, and dispatch documents

• Coordinate with warehouse and production teams

• Ensure correct packing, labeling, and loading

• Arrange transport and track shipments

• Verify quantity and quality before dispatch

• Update ERP/records and maintain dispatch data

• Handle delivery issues, returns, and damages

• Maintain stock accuracy and inventory updates

• Follow safety rules and maintain 5S in dispatch area

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0 - 3 years of experience in manufacturing or a related field. Attention to detail, physical stamina and ability to follow instructions are very important for this role.
