Eligibility

• Freshers are eligible

• Only 2025 and 2026 Pass out can Apply

Key Responsibilities

• Work on CNC machine production and operations

• Perform routine inspection as per the sampling plan

• Maintain process-control records

• Follow ISO procedures and safety practices

• Perform daily autonomous machine maintenance

• Maintain shop-floor housekeeping

• Work as per cycle-time norms and control rejection percentage

• Coordinate with shift in-charge and production teams

• Maintain discipline and productive output

• Implement daily Kaizen / continuous improvement activities

💰 Salary & Benefits

• CTC on Joining: ₹2.75 LPA

• After 1 year: Jr. Engineer, based on performance

• Retention Amount: ₹1,92,500 over 3 years

  • 1st Year: ₹57,750

  • 2nd Year: ₹57,750

  • 3rd Year: ₹77,000

⚠️ Important

One-Year Bond: If the Diploma Engineer Trainee leaves the organisation within one year of joining, ₹30,000 will be recovered towards induction training, boarding, lodging, transportation, etc.
